LIVER-BOOSTING BEETROOT AND APPLE SOUP (Liver & Skin Guide)
Ingredients:
2 medium beets, peeled and chopped 1 apple, cored and chopped
1-inch piece ginger, minced
4 cups vegetable broth or water 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Add beets, apple, ginger, and vegetable broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, until beets are tender. Blend until smooth and add lemon juice before serving. Serve warm.
