Cauliflower & Yam Soup (Autumn Detox Guide)

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower
1 Yam or sweet potato
2 bunches scallions, chopped Black pepper to taste
2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions:

Slice and combine cauliflower, yam, and broth. Simmer until tender. Puree into a creamy soup. Season with freshly chopped scallions, sea salt and black pepper.
