Equinox Broth (Autumn Equinox Guide)
Ingredients:
1 medium piece ginger, sliced 1 daikon radish, chopped
2 scallions, sliced
1 zucchini, chopped 2 tbsp coconut aminos 6 cups water
Instructions:
Simmer daikon, scallions, zucchini, and ginger in water for 30 minutes. Add coconut aminos. Serve warm to support digestive qi.
