Peach & Walnut Yang Tonic (Autumn Immunity Guide)

Ingredients:

2 peaches, sliced and pitted 1⁄2 cup walnuts
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla powder 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions:

Grill peaches in maple syrup until soft. Toast walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant. Combine with peaches, stir in vanilla and cinnamon, and warm gently before serving.
