Dr. Isabella’s Deep Yin Juice (Autumn Harmony Guide)

Ingredients:

1 bunch asparagus 2 lemons (peeled) 4 asian pears
2 cucumbers 1 aloe leaf (scoop out the pulp) or 4 oz pure aloe juice

Instructions:

Juice all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature.
