SWEET-SPICY CABBAGE SOUP (Summer Detox Guide)
Ingredients:
1 whole green cabbage, chopped 1 small bunch dandelion greens, chopped
1 leek, sliced 1 bunch scallions, sliced
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
1 cup water or vegetable broth 3 tbsp chives (fresh or dried)
1 tsp cayenne (optional)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp seaweed flakes (optional) Fresh dill, to finish
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients (except dill) to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with fresh dill before serving.
