PALM SALAD (Summer Detox Guide)
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 romaine leaves, chopped
1⁄4 cup sliced hearts of palm or water chestnuts
Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 bunch dill
Juice of 2 lemons water to blend
Instructions:
Blend dressing ingredients. Toss cucumber, romaine, and optional add-ins. Drizzle dressing over and serve fresh.
