CARROT SLAW WITH LEMON & FENNEL SEED (Start of Summer Guide)

Ingredients:

4 large carrots, grated
1⁄2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed (optional) Juice of 2 lemons
Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
