Sweet Tremella Collagen Soup (August Longevity Guide)
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup tremella mushroom, soaked 5 red dates
1 tbsp goji berries
3 cups water 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients for 40 mins. Sweeten after cooking
