Vanilla Sesame Banana Elixir (August Longevity Guide)

Ingredients:

1 cup sesame seeds 1 ripe banana
1⁄2 tsp vanilla powder 1–2 tsp maple syrup Warm water

Instructions:

Blend sesame with water to make milk. Add banana, vanilla, sweetener. Blend again, adjust thickness.
