Raspberry Honeyade (August Longevity Guide)

Ingredients:

3 cups raspberries Juice of 2 lemons 1 tbsp raw honey
2 cups warm water

Instructions:

Muddle berries. Stir in lemon and honey. Add water, steep 10 mins, strain.

Benefits:

A moistening, heart-soothing drink to uplift mood and clear heat.
