Caramel Broth (Mind Detox Guide)
Ingredients:
1 strip kelp
1 zucchini
2 celery stumps
1 tbsp goji berries
1 bunch parsley stems
1 bunch collard greens
1 knob fresh ginger, peeled 1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients in 6 cups of water for at least 45 minutes. Strain or blend lightly for texture. Serve with 1 tbsp maple and aminos stirred into your cup.
