Warm Broad Bean, Celery, & Gem Lettuce Salad (Start of Summer Guide)

Ingredients:

1 cup shelled broad beans
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 large head gem lettuce, chopped 1/4 avocado, diced
1 tsp lemon juice
Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions:

Steam broad beans until tender. Toss with celery, avocado and gem lettuce. Dress and serve warm.
