Hawthorn Honey Tonic (Start of Summer Guide)

Ingredients:

3 tbsp dried hawthorn slices (substitute hibiscus if unavailable)
1 1⁄2 cups hot water
1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions:

Steep hawthorn in hot water for 15 minutes. Strain. Add honey once water has cooled slightly.

Benefits:

A gentle Shen tonic that moves Heart Qi and supports post-meal digestion.
