Immunity Infusion Elixir (Summer Solstice Health Guide)

Ingredients:

15 soft medjool dates, soaked Juice of 3 lemons
1 cup brewed ginger tea

Instructions:

Soak dates in hot water filling half a 32 oz jar for 1–2 hours or until softened. Stir in with lemon juice, and fill rest of jar with ginger tea.
