DETOX MUNG BEAN SOUP (Liver & Skin Guide)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mung beans
1 medium carrot, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 cups water
2 sheets of nori seaweed 1 lemon
Instructions:
Rinse mung beans and add to a pot with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add carrots, and celery, and simmer for another 15-20 minutes until soft. Serve warm, with torn up nori seaweed strips and a fresh squeeze of lemon.
