ZUCCHINI AND TOMATO SAUTÉ (Liver & Skin Guide)
Ingredients:
3 zucchinis, sliced or spiralized 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped Italian herbs or fresh basil 1 cup vegetable broth or water
Instructions:
Sauté tomatoes in broth and herbs, stirring for 5 minutes. Add in zucchini until slightly soft. Serve alone or with your favorite gluten-free pasta for a heartier option. Top with plenty of fresh basil.
