SPICY APPLE SAUCE (Liver & Skin Guide)
Ingredients:
2-3 Opal apples (or your preferred variety), peeled, cored, and chopped 2-4 Medjool dates, pitted
1 small piece fresh ginger 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1/4 cup water (or enough to help blender)
Celery sticks (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the chopped apples, Medjool dates, ginger, cinnamon, and water. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to achieve your desired consistency. Serve alone or with some fresh celery sticks and medjool dates for dipping.
