STEAMED PUMPKIN AND COLLARD WRAPS (Digestion & Lymphatic System)
Ingredients:
1 small pumpkin, seeded and sliced 1 bunch collard greens
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 cup shredded cabbage
Dressing: Coconut aminos, Honey, Ginger or wasabi powder
Instructions:
Steam the pumpkin until tender, then serve in collard wraps with sprouts and dressing. Enjoy a sweet and harmonizing dish for easy digestion. If tolerated, add your favorite ingredients to the wrap, such as avocado, cucumber or quinoa for a heartier version.
