SWEET POTATO AND GINGER STEW (Digestion & Lymphatic System)

Ingredients:

2 small sweet potatoes Cubed Fresh ginger, sliced
4 cups water

Instructions:

Simmer sweet potatoes and ginger in water until soft. Blend into a puree. Season with salt and black pepper and optional olive oil. Serve as a warming stew that supports circulation and digestion.
