WARM CHERRY BOWL (Digestion & Lymphatic System)
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen cherries
1 small piece of fresh ginger, sliced
1-2 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste) 2 cups water
Instructions:
Simmer the cherries, ginger, cinnamon, and water in a pot for 10-15 minutes until the fruit softens. Stir in maple syrup to taste and serve warm for breakfast or a warming meal.
