Apple Cardamom Purée (Autumn Equinox Guide)
Ingredients:
3 large apples, peeled and chopped 3–4 cardamom pods, lightly crushed 1⁄4 cup water
Instructions:
Simmer apples with cardamom pods in water until soft. Serve warm as a nourishing purée without blending.
