Pea Pesto Pasta (Autumn Immunity Guide)

Ingredients:

1 bag peas, steamed
1 leek, steamed
Sea salt & black pepper, to taste 1 Bunch fresh basil
Olive oil, to finish

Instructions:

Blend peas, leek, basil, salt, and pepper into a pesto. Serve with gluten-free pasta (brown rice or zucchini noodles). Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil.
