Pear Aloe Tonic (Autumn Immunity Guide)

Ingredients:

2 pears, peeled and seeded
4 cups water
6–12 oz aloe juice (more if prone to constipation) 2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

Simmer pears in water for 1 hour. Strain and combine with aloe juice and honey. Sip warm or room temperature.
